-Becomes impossible to come to an understanding with individuals that do not possess an equivalent rank of mental pollution

➣Provides a probability that mental interference magecraft will be rendered ineffective. In the condition that the Servant's master is of Evil alignment, and perpetrates acts of cruelty against the Servant, Mental Pollution will increase in rank, further increasing defenses against magecraft. However, as the Servant's psyche is inherently broken, this may result in irreversible deterioration
Murderer of the Misty Night

Crystallized manifestation of the mystery surrounding Jack the Ripper and his(her) identity, and the mist that appeared with Jack the Ripper's attacks, obscuring him(her) from his(her) victims
-Actually a concept similar to Magecraft which Assassin subconsciously drew upon in life
Generated from an antique lantern that reenacts the phenomena of "the Mists of Death"
-Activated through opening the shutter and blowing the candle inside
Generates a Bounded Field, similar in appearance to smoke-like mist, around the battlefield
-Bounded Fields are knitted networks of Magical Energy, creating a mystic boundary line that separates the inside and outside
-Burns at the throats of normal humans that inhale the smoke, festers the eyes, and rapidly suffocates its victims
-Inflicts continuous damage on Magi over a gradual period of time, breaking down even their resistance
-Ranks down the Agility of Heroic Spirits/Servants, but does not inflict damage onto them
-Affects one's sense of direction, causing them to lose their bearings and, even in close-range areas, deceive all those trying to escape

In 1888, the city of Whitechapel was terrorized by a mysterious serial killer. At least five known victims--all prostitutes--were killed. Nobody was ever able to peg down their identity, and the enigma was only ever known by "his" infamous moniker... Jack the Ripper.

And, years later, in the Nasuverse, Jack the Ripper returned. This time, as a Servant of the Great Grail War of Fate/Apocrypha.
